Mar 27,2025I ordered a LED mask from their website but hadn’t received any confirmation email. Considering it was a $700 order I was a bit worried and sent multiple emails to their customer service but without any answers. Unfortunately I had to leave a bad review to hear back from them. They were very helpful from then, and my parcel got delivered to NZ within 7 days. Overall good service, too bad their customer service ignores all emails unless you leave a bad review.

Mar 18,2025Had a very bad experience with this service, their customer service is impossible to get a hold of and when I did it takes about 3 days for every email to be replied to. I have been waiting for over 7 days for a parcel I paid extra delivery for. When I contacted yodel they were relatively helpful and said they needed more information from the seller and had been trying to get it but it clearly has still not been actioned. It’s incredibly frustrating as their products are not cheap either. Do not recommend. Hopefully my issue is sorted otherwise I will be asking for a full refund.

Mar 12,2025Please don't buy from this company. This was my first purchase and the parcel has gone missing. I've contacted the police, I've contacted yodel and I've tried my best to contact Bath & Unwind and they're unwilling to replace the items. They claim it was left with my neighbour Maria but I don't have a neighbour called Maria. They can't provide me with GPS or a photo. They are not cooperating with the police. I have no idea where this parcel has ended up. I've sent over 7 emails now, all of which are being ignored. I hate writing negative reviews but this really warrants it. I'll now have to claim through my bank and potentially the small claims court.

Mar 03,2025Your company is one of the few places that stock this item. I had a defibrillator fitted 4 years ago and the gorgeous cream keeps my skin soft and supple over my scar. It also smells amazing. I bought my original tub in Arran so I was over the moon to find it on line. My order came very quickly and I will order some more when I’ve used it up. Thank you very much
