Feb 13,2025I never regret buying Olverum Bath Oil. It's a luxury that everyone deserves. It sends me to sleep and leaves my skin feeling like silk. On top of that, the fragrance is so lovely that I can still smell it in the morning, even after the previous night's bath. It's so comforting.

Jan 13,2025I was sent the wrong item and although this is forgiven the fact that a week later and two weeks since my original order was placed I am still waiting for it is totally unacceptable. As a minimum the replacement item should have been sent first class tracked when the issue was raised. Very poor service for any item but unacceptable given high end price point.

Jan 11,2025I was really nervous about purchasing from Bath & Unwind due to the negative reviews on here, but the item I wanted was significantly cheaper than other websites (it was expensive!), so I took a risk. It was over the Christmas/New year period, so communication was slower. I received my item (I’m thrilled), plus a free bonus hand wash & lotion worth over £56! So a good experience for me.
