Unfortunately for Bath and Unwind, their parcel delivery company, Yodel, let them down and my parcel was taken from my back gate. They dealt with it quickly and efficiently and I now have a replacement item. Thank you to all that helped. I would definitely buy from them again and the item I bought has now been given to my Daughter for her Birthday. Thanks again 😃

Great products, good price and easy to navigate site. But I paid for express delivery (1-2 days) and my parcel took 4 days to arrive. Customer service were very nice but no refund was offered, though may have been had I pursued it. Think express delivery shouldn't be offered maybe at busy times.

My order arrived quickly. I realised when it arrived I'd ordered the wrong item. It was easy to send back with a freepost address and my replacement also arrived quickly. I'd never heard of this company so I wasn't sure about using them but read reviews and went for it. I'm glad I did because I got a great value product delivered quickly and easily. I will definitely use them again in future.

Great service, goods arrived on time, well packaged, and good value - one of the few places that sell the large bottles of Jones The Bones (a MUST for any bad knee sufferers!!) at sensible prices.
