Aug 02,2024My item never arrived I've got to fill in a form before I can have my money back or reorder. I have used this company several times now and do like the products. But I had to quickly go out and buy similar items to replace these. Very disappointed as they were items for my holiday. You hadn't sent a refund and you have now. Nothing of course for the inconvenience of the missing parcel. And what if I had wanted the product resent ? I'm now away in Spain so didn't want to deal with this until I got back I feel that just giving a refund isn't that helpful
