Dec 27,2024I accidentally bought 2 pots of bath stuff for my wife's Christmas present from you. Having realised my mistake I emailed you to only send 1 pot and to take payment of £30 and not £60 from my debit card. However, you sent 2 pots and took 60 quid. So, good bye.

Dec 22,2024I've got to be honest. I was slightly worried when I placed my order. The price was lower than all the other retailers but after checking Trustpilot all seemed to be good. I placed my order then did further research on B+U and found some horrendous reviews and then started to worry. However I had absolutely no issues with my order and would certainly order again. I can only assume that the bad reviews were one off or were partly down to blame on the customers side.

Item advertised was ordered but different diffuser sent, on complaining was told this is what they had been sent and was correct , this diffuser is not the scent I have had previously and it has taken leaving 2 recorded messages and 2 emails before any actual response. Only offer had is they can assist on return. Not good enough

Dec 09,2024I placed an order, and correctly submitted my address for international delivery. After more than 16 business days I contacted them to advise that I did not receive my order. Their response is to wait indefinitely and once or if they receive the order back they will decide on what to do next!! No offer of refund, no offer to provide me with a tracking number (apparently they just send packages with the cheapest option of international post), no offer to send a new package with a tracking number ( I even offered to pay for express shipping). I have to now wait indefinitely until they receive the package back, for them to decide what they want to do next. I paid for the order, so they will happily take my money and not even try to give me solution. Very poor customer service, never using them again

Dec 07,2024I placed an order on the 1st December and paid extra for express delivery as I needed one of the items for a friend’s birthday. 6 days on, I have not received my order and have been left very disappointed as I was not able to give my friend her present on her birthday. I will not be ordering from this company again.
