Sep 23,2024Avoid ordering from this company very poor customer service. The solid wood bed we ordered was varnished the smell was extremely strong, the product description didn’t mention there being varnish because if it had we wouldn’t have ordered it as our daughter has health issues. Bedkings told me I could return it and then ghosted me when I confirmed we’d like to do so. If you’re in the UK looking for trustworthy companies for well priced high quality solid wood beds the best companies are - children’s simply bunks and adult get laid beds.

Sep 14,2024This was a great transaction. From answering my initial queries quickly and helpfully. The bed was available from a number of retailers but I selected Bed Kings as they offered assembly and had been great in communications. The bed was delivered within 2 weeks of the order and the fantastic assemblers got it all set up in quite a small place. They were professional, friendly and did a great job. They also made sure to tell me about some safety features. All in all a great experience. Would highly recommend.

Sep 13,2024Terrible delivery service. Delivery was due and was told delivery van broke down. Fair enough that can happen. 2 days later delivery rescheduled between 5-8pm. Update at 6pm that delivery would be 11.40 pm !! Then checked again at 20.02 and latest update was ''estimated time of arrival 3.10 AM 14 stops remaining before yours. Now scheduled for Saturday night between 7 and 10
