Nov 20,2024This review is not about the vendor’s goods, which are wonderful. It is about my experience as a customer and my ability to choose the payment method that suits my needs, not the vendor’s. I am a repeat customer and Shopay is the default. Paypal was my preference for this purchase and is available, so I chose guest checkout. I jumped through the Paypal hoops, was returned to checkout and suddenly it’s done—on Shopay, on my credit card. I notified the vendor, got a ‘we’ll look into it’ email and nothing. Glitchy online shopping makes life just that bit harder, sometimes a lot harder (if not in this case).This is a minor inconvenience for me in my household budgeting but it might not be for somebody else. Be aware.

Nov 19,2024Colour was completely off the samples and the screen and the reason given was that it's a variation... others had complained about the same thing Only offered a refund but didn't offer one until I complained this was a breach of Australian consumer laws.

Nov 19,2024We love our new sheets, almost the entire range can be mixed and matched. They are cool, comfortable and look great in their wrinkled after use state! It's a little disappointing to read about the fitted sheet tearing after only a few years' use but we are trying to rotate them on the bed; perhaps these can be made more durable? This hasn't stopped me buying a second set.

Nov 18,2024My fault initially, ordered the mineral and lilac quilt and the lavender pillowcases on Friday pm, my swatch didn’t have the lilac and I obviously confused the colours, however I tried to notify Bed Threads within 20mins of placing my order, but even though it was within their contact hrs, I couldn’t contact them so I sent an email instead. I was notified early on Monday am that unfortunately the order was already fulfilled and they couldn’t change my order, slightly disappointed as I did everything I could and couldn’t know that orders were processed over the weekend, what made it even more frustrating was that Auspost notified me late Tuesday afternoon that they had received shipping notification, so my order obviously hadn’t left the warehouse on Monday as advised and although I don’t know how warehouses work, I think they could have changed the colour if they wanted to, their website does state they can if contacted in time, I couldn’t know that they would leave early on Friday and although I know I can return them, it’s a bit inconvenient having to fill in the forms, go the post office etc when in reality they could have changed them , especially as it wasn’t even processed by auspost until Wednesday!

Nov 17,2024Very pleased, bought a queen bedding set in cream, whote and rosewater. Beautiful crisp texture, lovely weight to the linen and the colours were true to the samples ( the rosewater looked a little pinker under bright light but still very pretty). Quick delivery too!

Nov 17,2024I have been buying from you for a few seasons now. The product is always pleasing, colours are vibrant and complimentary to each other, quality is excellent. I have recognised when your linen supplier has changed, ie the lemon sheets are of a looser weave and thus I will use them less to ensure longevity but over all the weave density and quality you have maintained well. I recommend to follow washing instructions to maintain colour strength and reduce fade. Waiting on my Oatmeal and Petrol sets now, looking forward to receiving them.

Nov 20,2024My experience with the site and customer service was stellar. The product I believe was misrepresented as a french linen. I assumed it was linen from France, but I am told by very quick and polite responding customer service it is flax from France sent to China to be made. Upon further research I have come to find out that linen of higher quality sheds less. This linen shed a mountain.
