Dec 01,2024I love my purchase of the queen size linen throw. They are much heavier weight than the sheets or doona cover, but drape beautifully. I bought two charcoal on sale and already have an oatmeal one. They are the perfect summer weight, lighter than a cotton blanket but heavy enough to feel like you have more than a sheet on.I use them as a bedspread in summer.

A great idea to include fabric samples. Postage was super fast. Customer service is always friendly and professional.

Nov 29,2024Super fast delivery, ordered on Monday and got it in my letter box on Thursday. Spoke to Allan from Customer Service and he was amazing to deal with. The sheets are great, exactly like in the photos - now I leave the door open to my bedroom for everyone to see the greenolive colour.

Nov 29,2024My apple pay entered the wrong address. I tried to change my address numerous times. The shipping/delivery service was awful. Every time I spoke with them they said Bed Threads needed to let them know about the address change and every time I spoke with Bed Threads they said that I needed to reach out to the shipping service. I don't have the product and I'm pissed about the entire experience.

Nov 29,2024I would have been happier and awarded the fifth star if not for the delivery situation. I never received a tracking code so I could learn in advance when it would be delivered and make arrangements for its safety, wasn't informed of the delivery service being used, was notified by Bed Threads of a due date, but no delivery made that day and no notification of the new due date. It did arrive the next day while I was at the hospital with my husband for a test about his cancer, and since it is a gift that won't be given to the recipient until Christmas, I have no idea if the product lives up to our expectations. Otherwise, well...I don't know.

Nov 26,2024I brought a sheet set from you just over a year ago, and sadly the fitted sheet is starting to get holes in it quite rapidly. Very sad considering the price for these sets!!!! I absolutely love sleeping in linen, so looked for other suppliers to buy a replacement set from, but came back to Bed Threads as I love the colour options. I hope this set of sheets last this time. I thought linen was a strong fabric? I have never had cotton sheets get holes, so I am baffled why my last sheets only lasted a year? I followed all care instructions to the T. So love the colours, love the fabric, and really hope they last otherwise I wont be back. I cant spend $500 a year on sheets!!!
