Dec 07,2024I ordered a sheet set with fitted sheets. Unfortunately, the fitted sheet was not sized well when it was manufactured and is way too big. It fits well length ways, but its about 8cms too wide for my queen size bed. Bedthreads have really responsive service tho and sent a replacement super quick, no hassle which i really appreciated. However, the replacement was also stitched to the wrong dimensions and is super loose. I thought i was going a bit loopy and maybe i had a weird bed, but i checked that and its very much standard queen size, and all other queen size fitted sheets i've owned feel super snug, and I even tried my friends fitted sheets for a sanity check. Getting two fitted sheets in a row that don't actually fit was a real bummer. I can't help but speculate that there maybe issues with their manufacturing. Maybe i just got really unlucky? The support i received was good tho.

Dec 05,2024Super fast post … great sale price I saved $$$ to get my 2nd doona cover and 4th set of sheets .. mine are faded after a year or 2 of use .. I have to have dark sheets for hubby as he’s a mechanic so the olive is perfect !! My light sheets are on the guest bed so they get a treat when staying ❤️ I have 2 dogs that sleep on the bed and the big linen throws are perfect to protect my quilts … never had an issue with any of my items I couldn’t live without them now … thankyou bed threads !!

Dec 05,2024Beautiful product and my order did arrive safely. Oddly, I didn't receive the usual email notifications of its pending arrival - certainly not typical. I am disappointed that the Lilac colour is no longer available but am grateful for the range swatch that was included in my order for ease and confidence when ordering in the future. The sheets fit well and are lovely to sleep on/in.

Dec 02,2024I was given incorrect information that the placemats were double thickness when they were only single thickness and very flimsy. I return them and the matching napkins at additional cost. Very disappointed.

Dec 02,2024Shopping experience and delivery was quick and easy. The sheets look ok. I do see a lot of snagged threads that’s disappointing as they are bran new. To me they feel really scratchy. I wouldn’t buy linen again.

Dec 07,2024Love these linen sheets. Beautiful to sleep in, easy to wash, great range of colours. Ordering process was easy. The reason I only gave 4 out of 5 stars was due to delivery, which I realise is via a third party (Australia Post). However, I requested that the parcel be taken to a post office if we were not home as there was no where safe to leave it. The courier threw our parcel on the unit balcony, easily accessible to anyone walking by, and deemed this to be ‘a safe place’. Not good enough for an expensive product. We were fortunate it was still there when we got home, and not damaged by weather.
