Oct 29,2024Customer service team helped without hesitation. I had a sheet that deteriorated really quickly and customer service sent over a replacement without any questions. The quality of the replacement was just like my other sheets which i love! I assume this meant that the first fittedsheet i received might have been a quality control mishap. That being said, I love my bed thread sheets and colorways which is why i continue expanding my sheet sets with their product.

Oct 27,2024I first saw Bed Threads on YouTube where I was seduced into further investigating this brand and ultimately made a substantial purchase. Unfortunately though, the strength of their linen fabric doesn’t measure up to the strength of their marketing! Their material is so thin and transparent that I’m going to have to further purchase (from elsewhere) plain white cotton pillow cases, duvet cover and fitted sheet to increase my Bed Thread’s linen opacity…I mean the cleaning instruction tags etc on all my bedding are now visible! Another thorn in my side was the absence of duvet loops (the inside ribbons attached to each corner to help keep the duvet from shifting around inside the cover). Where are they? Cheekily (or again due to their super proactive marketing team) I received a “How Did We Do?” request before taking hold of my the goods…really? And along with that several other promotional emails encouraging me to place a subsequent order to claim my discount (the marketing team strikes again!) On the plus side, they did include a colour swatch sheet indicating their offerings in different colourways which was a nice touch although all were the same very thin, transparent fabric. The big winner for me was the Australian Post Office who emailed timely updates through their super user friendly app…big clicks to them. I guess my takeaway from this experience is: “all that glitters is not gold”. And, to add some context for those debating whether to buy themselves a set of Bed Threads bedlinen think of them as IKEA’s big sister.

Oct 26,2024I’ve never splurged on linen bedding and I’m so glad that I finally did it! I purchased a bedding bundle in olive and my order arrived within the week. The color is consistent and the quality is wonderful. After the initial wash, the linen was fairly soft, so I’m sure it’ll only get softer with each wash. I’m very pleased overall!

Oct 26,2024I have 3 sets of their linen sheets and have given them as wedding gifts as well. One of my sheets wore too quickly with holes in it. I sent them a picture and they replaced it. Such great service.

Oct 25,2024Not worth the price at all. Feels cheap, elastic on fitted sheet is terrible and always comes up. Nothing special about these, not even nice finishes on the seams or ties to be able to tie the doona to, even target has those.

Oct 23,2024Updated 6 Nov 2024: updating to commend the Bed Threads team for their excellent customer service. I'm hopeful the improvements to the manufacturing process will mean the sheets last longer! Original review: I've purchased several sets of bed linen from Bed Threads. Lovely colours, great service, really comfortable soft bed linen. My only gripe is that the fitted sheets don't last long. I have replaced 3 fitted sheets so far. The fitted sheets only last about 24 months or so (rotating between sets every week) before getting threadbare and starts to tear. I can see the duvet covers lasting at least twice a long. I'd encourage the Bed Threads team to think about using a heavier material for the fitted sheets, as it's a bit wasteful to have to throw out sheets given there's limited access to facilities to recycle material. Alternatively, it would be great to know if it's safe to compost at home.
