Oct 09,2024Placed and paid for an order. A tracking number was assigned, but after 9 days there has been zero activity on my order. Last time I checked order is showing it was never picked up by UPS. Zero response from customer service through email. A phone number listed on their website that does not work. Currently I have no idea if or when I will receive my order. Right now I’ve paid for something I haven’t received. Horrible customer service that doesn’t provide timely information.
