They were quite busy with some high value transactions even so the person who helped me was friendly and somewhat informative. He was continually interrupted to answer questions and provide guidance to other staff members. Perhaps this lead to the quick evaluation of my items and the offer 20% lower than 2 other offers I had previously received. I have no extreme negative opinions. I thought the gentleman I spoke with was pleasant and my overall evaluation average.

Mar 10,2020I got a little irritated with the fact that I made an appointment to be seen with my jewelry and coins and the gentleman who helped me didn't even look at everything I had. He hurried me along like he had more important things to do. But there was nobody else in the store at the time and I noticed at least three other employees working at the time. So that was rude. It made me feel like I was beneath him. My gold jewelry was not worth his time.
