Jun 26,2020Great service. Completely took care of my collection. They are trying to adapt to Covid-19 by putting marks on the floor and signs at the door, but a second person came in and got real close to me and I asked him to move 6 feet away. He didn't and I didn't get support from the people behind the counter. Everyone was whering masks. Maybe move the zones for helping people from behind the counter at least 6 feet apart. Thank you

Jun 17,2020The person that viewed my coins was very inexperienced. He tried to photo-grade from his phone. The offer was less than half of what I received from another coin shop the same day. If you are going to sell your coins here it is advisable to have a second offer from another shop.

Jun 07,2020I have been into this location several times and always had a great experience, this time the employee who approached me, to help me was not friendly or welcoming like I had been treated before. Steve has helped me in the past and he is wonderful!!! Very helpful, informative, when I left after selling quite an amount of items I felt good. That’s what kept me coming back. This clerk was short, rude, and was condescending to me. I left without selling anything. I felt like he was cheating me. I had him give me a quote on my silver as a test, he failed. I actually was intending on selling a considerable amount of gold. But not to him. I would never recommend him, ( a younger bald man) I did not get his name. Steve however I trusted. Thank you for sending me this survey.
