Jan 29,2025While searching online for a reparable used auto part shop that sells used auto transmissions and engines, I came across Best Used Auto Parts LLC. When I called them, one of their sale representatives by the named Roy took my call. I informed him that I was looking to buy a reasonably priced transmission for my vehicle. I realized (after speaking with him) that he exhibited a keen sense of expertise and knowledge about transmissions. After requesting the Year, Make, Model as well as the VIN number of my vehicle, he soon informed me (after searching the inventory) that he had three transmissions in stock that matched my vehicle VIN number; each with low milage (under 100,000 miles). He quoted the price of each of them, I soon agree to purchase one. I realized that the prices were lower than the other shops that I contacted previously. Roy drew up the order contract and I went ahead and gave him my credit card information and we finalized the purchase. Afterwards, Roy connected me with Brian; one of the customer support team members. Brian was very instrumental in handling the shipping aspect of my order. I gave him the address where I wanted the transmission delivered. Sooner than expected, the order was shipped a couple of days after. At which point, Brian provided me with the tracking information and early the following week the transmission arrived at my mechanic shop in the condition in which it was shipped. I couldn’t thank Roy and Brian enough for all that they have done in making it possible for me to get my vehicle back to operating condition. I would definitely order used parts from Best Used Auto Parts LLC again.

Jan 08,2025I would strongly advise anyone that is thinking about buying a motor from this company to go somewhere else!! These people are a legit way to get scammed the only way these people survive is the money that they make from the restocking fees that they collect after they try to screw you over. Trust me you don't want to waste the time nor the money it takes when you deal with these people. They got me for a 30% restocking fee for one of my customers motors that we ordered with a turbo and they wanted to send one without a turbo on it .After they sketched my customer to the point where he thought he was going to waste his money he wanted to cancel but JOHN at BUAP got mad and said they would get the 5000 dollars or the restocking fee no matter what and to go ahead and cancel and see what happens. So all in all they lost me his business and his trust as well. I could go into major detail about all of the terrible things they do but I would be writing a book. All I need to say is don't buy from them unless you want to be wronged. I certainly learned my lesson look at the negative reviews before you buy from someone I hope this helps someone to prevent them from buying from these crooks.

Dec 13,2024When my Ranger died, I was stranded 40 miles from home,Broke, my only income is selling firewood and deliver. After towe,and troubleshooting to find a bad cylinder, So removed cylinder head called to have rebuilt can't afford $750. So I tried ebay and Best use autoparts .com said for $350 for head that works on my Ranger. I gave credit card info. Four days later u p.s.deliver to doorstep an exact clean head. I installed it runs better than I got truck. Thank you for reassuring calls, ECT. Gotta go to deliver wood.Mike Casey..
