Sep 14,2023Betterwaste consistently miss collections. It is the customers responsibility to advise of missed collections. The customer service team are excellent to deal with but the business core values leave a lot to be desired. There is no formal complaints process. Even with missed collections, you will be charged for additional waste taken. I will almost certainly shop around when this contract expires and go elsewhere. The contract has not been in place for 12 months. I don't routinely check the bin, I am paying for a service that I expect to happen. I have very little confidence in BetterWaste and their ability to routinely complete the service as sold and charged.

Sep 06,2023Everyone I spoke to was incredibly helpful in trying to solve our issues with getting the waste collection sorted. Due to some issues with our property location there were issues with getting the collection set up and not only were they very patient whilst we discussed this with the company managing the property, but also made sure that the solution worked with the local contractor.

I have been shopping around for commercial waste management and have spoken to other providers prior to contacting Better Waste, the previous suppliers were rude and pushy which was off putting from the get go and I now receive constant spam from them. Dealing with Better Waste was a breath of fresh air and I am happy with the knowledge that moving forward I will be dealing with more approachable people.
