Dec 24,2017For some time, my wife has been shopping for a 6 prong solitaire setting CZ ring. We scoured the web and eventually came upon Bierkat Elyon. The website had a two carat ring, exactly what she wanted except a smaller stone. I left a note through the website asking if the ring was available with a 1.5 ct stone. A day or two later my phone rang with an unfamiliar number. Usually I would not answer, but for some reason I did. The call was from Rebecca. She explained that we could indeed get the ring with a 1.5 ct stone, so I ordered it. We received the ring about a week later, and while my wife absolutely loved the design and quality,we ordered the wrong ring size. I called Rebecca and inquired about returning the ring for the same size stone but smaller ring size. She could not have been more accommodating, instructing us to return the original. Within 10 days we received the new ring and my wife is ecstatic about it. We highly recommend BK, and if you get to deal directly with Rebecca, she is delightful. The customer service is 5 star, as is the product. As I write this, I believe my wife is on their website doing more shopping.

Dec 22,201721 Dec, 2017 I was a little worried when a week had gone by, and I heard nothing... so I called to get the status of my order, as this is a gift to my wife of 47 years for Christmas... and the lady explained that the stone had to be mounted and the ring sized, and told when to expect it. The ring arrived yesterday via FedEx, and in one word... I would say: "EXQUISITE" ! The cut and polish of the stone is outstanding, and the quality of the white gold ring and wedding band is superb, the stone has so much fire and sparkle... I would never know that this is not a diamond. I am a very satisfied customer. Thank You!
