I will tell u what frustrated me. My wife &I purchased a 2024 Mazda CX90 last Satutday, May 13th. When i attempted to contact both Blue Ridge and Encompass, my insurance carrier. I was unable to speak to anyone with the exception of the very nice but simple-minded answering service operator who was completely clueless as to how to help. All she said repeatedly, was to suggest i call back Monday as the Blue Ridge office was closed. This was in spite of the fact that car dealers sell more cars on Saturday (Sunday too where blue laws are not in effect) than any weekday. So, why then isn't somebody, anybody capable of assisting me in insuring my new vehicle the moment I leave the dealership, available to speak to on Saturday? Why bother providing an answering service operator incapable of assisting me who's only task it seems, is to remind me you're both (agent & carrier) closed till Monday. U could have just provided a voicemail message instead and money not paying for a ("live?") Operator. The customer service (I'm sorry to say) SUCKED!
