Jan 20,2025I clicked on their site by accident instead of going directly to the hotel and wound up paying $50 extra for their pointless service instead of just booking direct for less money. They are under sponsored so their site comes up first.

Jan 20,2025I booked my hotel not realizing the link, which had the hotel name in it, was actually a 3rd party booking site. While the room cost was the same as if I had gone through the hotel, the fees were over $90!! Insane! I paid $50 OVER what I would have paid going directly to Marriott. I’m stuck now, because of my own inattentiveness, but I will not use this site again due to the fees.

Jan 20,2025The hotel room was priced at £135. Whilst there was a note saying that there was a booking fee, the cost of this was not stated. Stupidly I authorised the Applepay transaction without checking, then to find out that I had been charged £191.20! This is a total rip-off and I will not be using you again!

Jan 20,2025The price advertised online was not the price I paid. It advertised the room at £44, but when I proceeded to book, it charges me £64.10. I could have got this room cheaper by going through booking.com. I will not use this service again.
