Jan 17,2025Site is misleading. Prices much higher after pay. They charge extra fees and 30% for canceling regardless of time frame, prepay is a must. This is a trap . No customer service on phone or chat adter payment. They answer only to sale and again they say nothing about penalty. No one reputable company charge prepay if cancelled several days before arrival time. More to that you have to wait several days for refund, as they have to approve it. They do investigation and they charge refund protection fee...Absolutely avoid! 2 stars only for idea. Overwise servise below zero. Avoid them.

Jan 16,2025Within 1 hour I had tried yo cancel back on Oct 24 2024 and they have too many agencies to contact to get a refund which is what I Was forced to do. So I've been attempting to jump their impossible whoops to get my refund and they have not done it . my total was $1066. 67 plus cents . I WARN AnYONE not to use this company they are set up to rip you off!

However, when I made the payment after accepting the terms and conditions, I found that the price was much higher than what was advertised. I later found in the small print that the new price included a month's free trial for a benefits programme after which it was offered at no charge. No cancellation is offered if one did not choose to pay an additional charge for that privilege. Based on my experience, it would be unwise and foolhardy to use bookingonline.com as the actual price is hidden in the small print of the terms and conditions. BUYER BEWARE.

Jan 16,2025I've recieved a confirmation email and downloaded a pdf with the reservation, but the pdf has two different amounts for "Tax Recovery & Fees:" and this amount is also different than what I could see on the web page.

I have been trying to cancel the 1/14 in and 1/15 out Made several attempts to no avail. Now being charged for 2 nights. Will never use this service again!! Not sure if I have a room or not
