Jan 10,2025The worst. Beware. They charge on undisclosed fee AFTER you make credit card payment. Even with cancellation insurance, you cannot get a refund. They charged almost $400 with undisclosed fees. Went through the hotel and it was $160. STAY AWAY!

You will never receive booking confirmation and the 'helpline' is a useless bot that cuts the call after several attempts to speak to a human. I contacted the hotel directly and they have no reference to the booking. It never existed. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
