Jan 09,2025Phone disconnected after 1 minutes. I called back and spoke to a man. Explained I need hotel with shuttle service for m DFW Airport. However, when I called the hotel directly, they said they do not have shuttle service.

Jan 09,2025When starting the booking it came up at £135 however going through this the end figure was £197.77 and would not let me go back therefore had to pay £197.77. I did call booking line on this and they had a look at it and was advised you paid £197.77 so tight luck more or less. It is a wedding we are going to and in hindsight I would have got 20% of the booking with the hotel. I will never ever use this booking site ever again 😒

Jan 09,2025What went wrong was at the moment I showed up at the hotel front desk they did not have any records of my itinerary nor my name. When I called Customer Support they wanted me to wait an hour plus to get it either escalated or resolved. The person I talked to was not very friendly nor customer oriented…I asked for a full refund since it was prepaid and definitely not a good experience Respectfully Gerardo
