I ordered crib and pram mattresses when I was 36 weeks pregnant but there was a delay in production at the manufacturer. A very attentive lady from Born phoned me to advice me of the delay - when I mention my baby was due in 4 weeks she promised to mark the order as urgent - it arrived 2 weeks later, in plenty of time for my little one's arrival.

Ordered an Ergo baby carrier and a fleece cover to go with it, then ordered the rain cover to go with the fleece only to find out they have changed manufacture and the poppers don't fit together they won't replace either item!!! Said they would send some popper connectors still waiting!!!!!!!!! So have to use one or the other...

I had not used this company before, but I found their website easy to use, good amount of information on each product and links to further info if needed their prices were competitive and their personal touches were appreciated, they even sent out a thank you card with my order . I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

I never write reviews, but the service at Born was so lovely that I want to share it so that others who are struggling with the hell of the major children's websites know there is an alternative! How refreshing to have an e-mail from an actual human, quick and happy rectification of an online error, good delivery service, beautiful products and a handwritten note and discount code. What's not to love?

Bought a high chair for our little one and it was ordered and delivered next day. The staff are always welcoming, friendly and fully informed whilst the prices are comparable to the market; they have lovely stuff.
