Apr 30,2014After searching online for hours on end trying to find the bamboo belly bandit I came across Born being the only website that did this product. Everywhere else were either sold out or discontinuing the product due to supplier change. I rang up Born London Branch and spoke to a very friendly and helpful member of staff who said she will check if the product was in my size. Luckily they did have one small size left so I placed the order online straight away. Order was with me in 4 days after ordering. Not only this but free delivery aswell...BONUS!!! Package arrived a little bit bent but that could be due to being sent in post or whilst delivering. Many Thanks Born....with only afew weeks left till my due date i was really worried will i get the belly bandit in time and you surely helped me out. Staff are ever so friendly. Overall a fantastic company

Born rang me to let me know that my first colour choice was not available, I chose an alternative which they sent to me ASAP,. It arrived just in time ,my two year old little star love's it thank you Born,

From my inquiry through to the speedy arrival of my product, the entire experience was smooth, professional and memorable by a personally written thank you card, which I thought was a lovely touch. From phone calls on a Sunday evening to going the extra mile to try and find a product I was hoping for and amending my order twice(!!) with no issues at all. Apr 07,2014With baby number 2 on the way I tried to put together our fab stokke cot and found I was missing half the screws. Another casualty of our recent house move! In a panic I searched online and found Born were the only company selling the screw sets pretty much in the UK. Given the cost of the cot I took a chance and ordered the replacement sets blindly. Absolutely perfect! Arrived within 24 hours and every bit I needed! Thank you so much Born you saved the day!

I also received a handwritten thank you card with a discount voucher :) which made me very happy. Such a personal company, beautiful products! I'd spend all day buying from born if I could :) x

Mar 21,2014The selection of toys for pre school infants and toddlers is lovely. The website is clear and very easy to follow. The goods arrived quickly and were beautifully packaged with an accompanying card with my message to my grandson. He is happily playing with everything I purchased. I will use them again without a doubt.

Mar 19,2014It took us a while finding the pram (Orbit G2) sought for our expected little new one recently, and when we finally came across this website with a user friendly GUI , I took few steps checking their address (google street view), contact number..basically all those few questions marks that could spin in one's head when about to spend an hefty sum of money on an online purchase. Happy with what I saw and the response I had on the phone when I called at 12:00AM that Sunday (or course I didn't expect someone to answer me at the time of the night but at least to make sure the number was leading me to the named company/shop) The order was placed straight away without any hesitation as I was able to run a quick search on Facebook, Youtube to see whether they have a page/account so YEAH Eva (one of the store Managers/Owners) was there running demos of different items. Where the won my heart it's when I heard the door bell going off on that morning of Tuesday (just couple of days after placing the order) -Who's this? -We've got a delivery for you! said the DPD driver... I wasn't too sure what it was as my partner and I been shopping for baby stuff that month, and when I followed the man to the van I could see the long Orbit G2 box there in his van waiting to be taken home.... Such a good experience and rr appreciate the nice touch from Eva also calling me on the day to check if we received the parcel. Will be going back again, in store this time (the London one) to grab some washable nappies. Williams
