Mar 10,2014As a first time mum I had no idea what baby stuff I'd need and so finding a shop like Born helped relieve my stress! The staff were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and the products they sell are all high quality, and sourced ethically - which is what I wanted for my baby. I got everything I needed under one roof, from nappies to sling, and from organic cotton wool to hi-tech car seat - plus all my baby's clothes which are gorgeous! I love that I can go online and continue to shop for my little ones growing needs, but I think being able to go to their shop when I was pregnant and talk to someone about what I would actually need saved me from wasting time, money, and from accumulating unnecessary stuff!

Mar 07,2014I spoke to Georgina about my order (error on my side by the way) and she sorted it straight away. We then went on to discuss other unrelated issues and eventually put the world to rights as if we were old friends. It was an absolute please talking with her. On that conversation alone I will be returning to Born.

Feb 12,2014I spent around 45 minutes in the shop gleaning advice regarding everything from reusable nappies to slings. The lady was knowledgeable without being pushy. I bought a tripp trapp newborn set which arrived promptly and was a bargain in the sale. Great experience. My only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that the prices are slightly higher than elsewhere.

Feb 10,2014It really does make a difference to go into a shop and be greeted politely by staff who know what they are doing. This time in anyone's life can be stressful but Born try and relieve some of that stress by being aware of what they are selling you. Born is heaps better than any of the big chains and I would highly recommend them.

Feb 06,2014I needed 2 bottles, you can't just buy in the shops desperately. I finally found them on Born Direct and the girls dispatche them immediately for me. Can't thank you enough. Baby only likes these bottles and I am about to purchase some more knowing they will be delivered as quickly as possible.

Feb 04,2014The front wheels in my trusty but ancient cameleon finally died. The bugaboo site wa out of stock, but born had them in and delivered to me in a matter if days. Their service over the phone was brill and answered my questions perfectly. The buggy feels like new again. Happy customer and happy baby!

Also a few days later I needed something else and this item was added onto my existing order saving me a delivery charge. All ladies I spoke to were very helpful.
