Jul 22,2024We are still in the process of our K-1 visa application but the experience has been great from day 1 when we started by speaking to Russel. Our application guide called Jay has also been great, we have submitted our application to USCIS and the whole Boundless team with Jay as our application guide have been fantastic. They make the website so easy to navigate and you won’t realise you’re already filling out your application form in fact. Also the response time of the team to questions and how they resolve concerns is something else, my fiancée and I wonder if they do sleep (they’re available 24/7 and I’ve never seen something like that before). We are hoping on positive response from USCIS and I’ll come to update my review later on but for now, it’s nothing but 5 stars!

Jul 20,2024Boundless is for people who dont need help.it is for people who havent looked into it and want to waste their money having their forms go through another website. If you've looked into the immigration in anyway they cannot help you, they will have no knowledge or professinnalism. We couldnt even submit a document on their site and they were for 6 months unable to assist us until i asked for a refund in which they said we recieved no assistance because we were asking for help from out assigned case individual when we should have called a different number that i still wasnt even given lol. This is not a buisness it is a criminal gaggle of theives. Please protect other ldr couples and share the word it took 4 hours in a law firm to do the entire process when boundless was unable to do so. boundless WAS able to give us BAD LEGAL ADVISE. we asked right away about a travel concern and wee told we could travel out of country no problem during the process. This was a huge red flag that had me contact multiple lawyers and thankfully so. Leaving the us would have cancelled my application, forfeiting all the filing fees. And convenently boundless wouldnt be on the hook unless you take them to court but they know ldr relationships are spending all our money on sweing eachother and closing the distance. Truely a business desighned to appear goodhearted but has nothing but vile greedy money grabbing intentions and show no remorse for their services failing. If you client needs to contact you multiple times asking for help and then recieve no help your product is bad. I will warn every and all ldr people i meet to avoid Boundless like the plague because if i dont id feel like im personally sabotaging their relatioship. What ever bs you respond with, too late. You are a bad business and have no intentions on changing that. To abuse love for money the way you have, deserves only the worst karma. In fact I smell divorces for all employees of boundless

Despite my fiancé and I being at the very end of the process (we're just waiting for the interview now- Very exciting!!!), I still end up with questions. During those times, I turn to Boundless, and I am never disappointed. Today I received support from Christian after having no luck with the AI function. Christian was pleasant, responsive, and communicative with me. He helped me understand the next steps of the visa process and genuinely helped alleviate most all of the stress and confusion I was initially struggling with.
