Oct 22,2024I ordered the tent from Ireland and it arrived very quickly. All of the issues with VAT and customs were handled by the site, without me needing to do anything. The tent came with a spares bag, which had everything in it as well as a free mallet. The instructions booklet was clear and thorough. I used it a for a weekend and it was very easy to pitch and take down. The ropes are polyester and the tension thingies are metal. My old one had rope and wood, so if you were expecting them to be standard; they're not. They did not stand out noticeably, however.

Oct 15,2024Contacted Boutique Camping to ask if I placed an order when I could get it, was told if I ordered it by 2.30 then it would be despatched that day and should be with me the next day. Ordered at 2pm, got confirmation and delivery window. Next day tent arrived when it said it would. Everything was in box and erecting it was so easy, it looked beautiful. Taking it down was reasonably quick too because it was air filled.
