Sep 25,2024Love my new bell tent. Did my first ever camping trip last week! Had to come home early due to severe weather forecast. So easy to put up/take down on my own. Comfy and plenty of room, I bought the 4 m Oxford lightweight. The inner tent was great too. Good service helpful customer team.

Sep 24,2024I have to say I recieved the best customer service I’ve ever received from a company. At first the courier (the problem wasn’t boutiques campings fault) switched two tents and I recieved someone else’s tent. To my surprise it was an ultra light and I had ordered a fire resistant one. I ordered this tent for what could be my last hunting trip with my ailing father and when I saw it wasn’t the correct one I emailed them immediately. They were as prompt as they could be with a 5 hour difference. They Emailed me back with an apology, an investigation as to what happened and Shipped a new tent out the moment they received the email. I’d recommend Boutique Camping to anyone.

Sep 24,2024Perfect for what we need it for and very sturdy. Survived August bank holiday winds this year when many gazebos and similar collapsed or had to be put down to avoid damage. Very happy. Best with three people to put up, so a couple can hold poles up while the third pegs it down, but do-able with two if not too windy

Sep 02,2024We have been camping for many years and had various types, but the bell tent is by far the best! Initially we had a 6m blue fire retardant canvas tent, which gave us many happy years of camping. When our older children left home we sold this and brought a slightly smaller version. We still have this and it is used regularly by family and friends. We however how have the 7m canvas tent as we foster and have a family of 9 again. We also have the internal bedroom pod and stove. We have loads of space, it's warm I am never worried about the weather, we have had high winds, heavy rain and blazing sun, the tent just does its job. We always get loads of compliments and asked which brand it is, the most common comment is how fast it goes up and down! With years of doing it, we are usually pitched within 15mins of arriving and the same when leaving. If Boutique Camping ever needed a brand ambassador we would be it! The tents are well made, durable and once you have had one you won't want anything else.

Sep 01,2024Had a terrible experience in all honesty, went away with our expensive new tent and at the first sight of rain it leaks around the door frame and at the back across some of the stitching, called boutique camping and they honestly just made every polite excuse to do sweet fa about it …very disappointed will be putting it in the loft to forget about it ……had a better experience with my two man tent from Tesco and my 4 man from Halfords ….pot luck u might get a good one who knows I wouldn’t recommend !
