NB: ordering before the 2.30pm cut off and paying for next day express delivery does not always mean you will receive the order the next day. I had ordered something that was only available on pre-order but was still given the next day express delivery option, which led to confusion.

Aug 31,2024It would have been five stars if not for a couple of small issues with two of the items I purchased. One issue was resolved very quickly and I was very pleased with that. The other issue couldn’t be resolved at the time, however they gave me a refund for that item and let me keep it in case I’m able to resolve the issue myself, again I was happy with that. The other items I ordered appear to be good quality and I’m looking forward to putting them into service. All in all I had a good experience dealing with Boutique Camping and if it wasn’t for the two small issues I had it would most definitely have been a five star experience.
