My parcel arrived in a damaged condition, and after contacting customer service, I am not happy with the resolution provided. Despite reporting the issue promptly and providing the necessary evidence, the outcome has been unsatisfactory, leaving me feeling frustrated. The company did not take appropriate responsibility for the damage, and the compensation offered was far from adequate. I expected a better resolution for a problem. I will think twice before ordering from them again and caution others about their customer service.

Specifically opted for that because the recipient would be home to receive the delivery. While production stated 24hrs. Since I received a notification a day after ordering that my order has been shipped(Monday), it did not arrive until 4 days later (Friday). Unfortunately the receipt was away for the weekend. But Thankfully, the package wasn't picked up by a random person until their return
