Aug 01,2024Very frustrated that my order has still not been delivered. I ordered because I had a short timeframe - so, ‘dispatched within 24 hours’ was the clincher for me to order. My order for prosecco was dispatched on 26th July - it is now 31st. For some reason the gift card that will be sent with the prosecco was dispatched on 29th July - how can the gift and the card be dispatched on different dates?- surely they go together and surely they are both with me by 31st July? I called them and they said should be with you tomorrow - 1st august - no good to me as I am leaving the country in the morning.

Jul 07,2024The tea pots are absolutely gorgeous!! Do read info for ordering. They are so well made that it’s not a quick turnaround so if you need it for a certain date order in time. The only thing is I couldn’t see was an option for a gift card to put with the teapot if you weren’t going to have “from (your name) inscribed on the teapot. But they are worth every penny. Two of my friends have already ordered some for their friend off of the back of one I ordered for a work colleague.

Jul 03,2024I loved the products they were just what I wanted. Was sad that one of the bracelets could not be engraved but either way. Fast reliable. I did however struggle to get the basket to play ball. So you have to click the item personalise it add it to the basket and then go down update what shipping you want and then you can't go back you have to click continue shopping don't make the same mistake that I did 🙂
