Jun 29,2024Really disappointed. I ordered four memorial candles, one to keep and three to give as gifts. They arrived in good time, as stated. However, when they arrived they only had plain lids and were missing the engraving that I had paid extra for. I emailed them about this and also stated I was disappointed with the quality of the product (the jar was a mess as the candle was loose and had began to chip). They sent out replacement lids, but never responded to my comment regarding the quality. I thanked them for arranging the replacement lids, but stated I would have to remove the gift wrapping to change the lids on the ones that I was giving as gifts, which they also never responded to. Due to the nature of the gift, I didn't feel it was appropriate to just give the lid separately to my family members, so I had to unwrap them all. I'm really disappointed in general with the quality of the product and the lack of customer service. Unfortunately, I would not order from this company again.
