Dec 28,2023Picture frame arrived later than indicated with another customer’s photo inside ( although correct photo was printed on the enclosed order form). Contacted them by email but to date (27 Dec) no response received. It was a Christmas present so I had a replacement photo printed elsewhere. Clearly an incompetent business, wouldn’t use again.

Dec 27,2023I really liked the quality of the product not to mention the teacher I had gifted this to was in tears since she like it, it’s also pretty good for the price because you would usually get 2 of the items for the same price and I got 4 so overall the quality of product is great, I also wanted to say boutique gift’s customer service is really good I was afraid it may not of gotten here on time but the lady I called assured me that it will come on time.

Dec 26,2023An Absolute disgrace of a service , ordering was a breeze and well easy but once they take your money that’s when it all falls apart, they not interested once they got your money and don’t have decency to respond. Only replied once you tell them you going down trading standards and consumer ombudsman. In my honest opinion my advice would be steer clear of this company. Just to update following boutique reply , I find it fascinating that boutiques can’t reply to emails but sent out a replacement , which after a few unresponded emails I finally got a reply on 18th December to which boutiques said they would send a replacement or a refund and once requested a refund emails got ignored. Why don’t you try communicating with me personally instead of on a review site trying to justify your service . Least we all know you can respond to messages when you want to

Dec 23,20235* for the items 3* for communication & poor website = 4* overall I ordered a personalised pen, photo cushion and photo mug. Everything was top quality and arrived well packaged. My friend absolutely loved the mug and cushion, and they were highly concerned upon but guests at the party! The cushion itself was exceptionally high quality which I wasn't expecting and the printing was really excellent. I've not given the pen yet but I'm really happy with the engraving on it and the nice box it is in. Highly recommend these products 🎁 The website glitches on certain items which is really frustrating. I did contact them to see what the issue was but waited two days and had no reply. In the end, I played around and realised that it was the wrap around photo mug causing the system to glitch so I had to choose another item instead which I didn't really want (although it was still a nice product). I specifically chose the expensive 1-2 day tracked delivery. I calculated how many "production days" were needed from the clear website information: 1 day for the items and 3 days for the cushion. I had left 5 full working days + one extra delivery day (DPD). I didn't receive a tracking number which is odd in this day and online age. Then on the 5th day I received three emails all saying the same thing (no tracking). Nothing had arrived the day before the party (when I needed the gifts) so I called them. I spoke to a nice chap who said that there had been unexpected staff illnesses which was why there was a delay. I did ask him why no update had been given about this delay because, had I known, I would have cancelled the order and got something else from somewhere else. There was no time at this point for me to get a nice present for my friend for her Christmas party. He did apologise and said if it hadn't arrived then they would refund postage and look to resolve the issue. The issue is clear though: no amount of refund makes up for the missing presents at a party! Fortuitously, everything arrived on the Saturday 🥳 but it really cut it very fine and it was luck really as the items weren't dispatched when they should have been. I would definitely buy from the website again but I would call first to check production and postage times match what it says.
