Jan 04,2024I bought two personalised candles and one was damaged in transit, I spoke to a lovely lady who replaced the whole item, even though I requested just the damaged lid. Candles were excellent quality, smell amazing and after sales was top quality. I would highly recommend.

Jan 03,2024I was told my dogs bed was dispatched on the 22nd of December 2023 but still haven't received it (3rd January2024), no tracking number could be provided when requested multiple times, rang over 30+ times and only managed to speak to someone a handful of times and emailed the company multiple times to which i only ever got 1 reply, i will not be recommending this company to anyone and i definitely wont be ordering anything else from them

I found the 'boutiquegifts' web site very easy to navigate and quickly found the item that I was looking for at a competitive price. It also offered what I felt was a more attractive font than others might have offered. The item was engraved, gift wrapped and dispatched to me within less than 24 hours arriving with me the day following. A 1st class service with a quality product and speedy delivery. I ordered on the 10th and have heard nothing from you regarding the order since other than the twice I’ve phoned in. Poor communication still haven’t received my order will never be using this company again and would not recommend.

I contacted customer services who responded via email asking which item hadn't been delivered, I answered them but never heard from them again. I sent multiple follow up emails but never got a response and the item, meant to be a Christmas present, never arrived
