Big thanks to James also for helping me to choose my tiles and matching grout online during Lockdown. Also for the next day delivery of additional tiles when my builder ran out. Fabulous company and fabulous service. Thank you!

May 05,2021The purchase process worked well, but I didn't receive any confirmation emails or communications about delivery. Only a call from the pallet shippers the day of delivery, which didn't give much time to get home for the delivery.

Apr 27,2021In the midst of house renovations, boutique stone were the easiest to deal with of all the vendors we worked with. From the first contact, to speedy supply of samples, careful advice on choices and issue resolution, James could not have been more helpful, down to the hand written notes with the samples and the regular follow-ups by email for the delivery progress. The floor tiles and patio are really lovely and exactly what we wanted - would recommend the boutique stone team to anyone!

Apr 18,2021The tiles look stunning, just what we want for our kitchen. Heavy, sturdy product with a beautiful matt finish. Have not yet installed them so can't say anymore than that but look forward to seeing the finished product. Delivery was quicker than expected and customer service was great at making it a smooth experience.

James kept us informed and was able to arrange a fast delivery for us which was so appreciated. The tiles themselves are absolutely beautiful. Excellent quality and very reasonably priced. They arrived in perfect condition and were very well packed.

Mar 30,2021Shopping in a pandemic is not easy- but don't fret James can help you with his 10 stars personalized service! I ordered some samples from Boutique Stone. As per the norm, the samples are quite small, so I called James up to see if he could help me. First of all, he remembered my name based on the samples I ordered. What an amazing feat considering I am just one of the many customers he has! This just shows how James is taking his business to heart. Secondly, to give me an idea of what the tiles looked like as whole, he took a video of a few big samples of tiles laid on the floor and sent it to me. Not many shops will give this level of service. Boutique Stone's tiles collection are also absolutely beautiful. If you are looking for a personalized service and beautiful tiles, look no further. Thanks James!
