Mar 27,2021I have just ordered some tiles and the customer service was above and beyond what I expected. I was sent samples by next day delivery and when I wasn’t sure what I wanted I was couriered samples ( same day) in order that my deadline be met. From Leeds to Hertfordshire. I would highly recommend this extremely professional, friendly company. I have never been so impressed with this level of service. 5 star without hesitation !

Mar 08,2021Boutique Stone were incredible. I had left time a little tight to get the floor tiles for my new bathroom, and my contractor gave me a tight timeframe for my tiles to arrive! I contacted Boutique Stone to explain my worries after I had placed my order and James got back to me and assured me they would arrive quickly. The tiles turned up two days later! And they are absolutely beautiful. Stunning. Amazing company and worth every single penny.

Mar 02,2021Boutique Stone is definitely one of the best companies we have dealt so far. The first time we ordered a few samples, we paid for 4 but we only received 1. After calling them, I had other 4 tiles delivered to my door the day after. 1 more than expected and a hand written letter to apology for the inconvenience. The second time we ordered all the tiles we needed for our bathroom. James has been extremely helpful as we expected them on Wednesday but we really needed these by Tuesday. At 1 p.m today (Monday) our tiles have been successfully delivered. Not only James found a way to have them delivered earlier, but even 2 days earlier which is more than we expected. Such kindness must be an example for everyone. I call this Level 4 service for Customer Services which is the top one. Well done guys. Keep the work up. I wish you all the best.

The samples arrived the next day, the ordering process was simple, and they stored the tiles until we were ready for them to be delivered on the day of our choice. Our large project has not been the most straightforward. Some companies would not have helped once delivery was complete, but James was willing to advise to help us progress. He even filmed videos for us to show our workmen. Truly excellent customer service and we are looking forward to completion of a beautiful ivory travertine floor throughout 4 areas of our home.

James was incredibly informative and the attention to customer service is the best I have experienced. The limestone tiles I ordered arrived within 2 days and were packed with care. I will 100% be using boutique stone again.

They liaised with us on our requirements creating mood boards to help us visualise how different colour & stone/tile schemes would look in our bathroom, the team are extremely knowledgeable and very responsive to queries! Once we made our decision on the stone flooring & tiles, delivery was quick with great communication on our delivery!
