Dec 17,2022Double bed base a good product. The reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 was because only 4 feet and 1 clip were supplied. Should have been 8 feet and 2 clips. Also no written instructions for attaching the clips. The company after ringing did supply the missing items very quickly.

I bought the divan base when there was a black Friday discount and forgot to use the code so I phoned and informed them of this and the gentleman immediately agreed to honour the discount and refunded it to my account. Very good communication about delivery.

Dec 10,2022We bought a small double divan base and headboard for our 14 year old son. Headboard is rather flimsy and not substantial. The divan base is in 2 halves and the clip supplied to connect them does not work so the two bases are constantly moving under the mattress. Divan base Fabric is staple-gunned to chipboard underneath and to be fair is upholstered well, but the overall quality is thin & cheap looking and not what we were expecting. I thought buying British would give higher quality but we were mistaken!

Dec 06,2022Bed is fantastic and I can’t fault it. However, the delivery service was not as good. It was 45minutes after the end of my delivery slot (5-8pm). I was not notified that it would be late so was worried I would not receive it at all. Then in the process of the delivery a picture frame was knocked from the wall and broken. Finally the delivery men smelt so strongly of smoke they left my house smelling for a good hour after they left. It made me really concerned they had been smoking near my bed. Luckily the bed was well packed so seemed ok.

Dec 06,2022Had a great experience. I ordered a headboard for my small double (a hard size to find) and it come within the estimated delivery date. The headboard itself was high quality, it was missing one screw, but fortunately had a suitable replacement at home.

Dec 05,2022Headboard ok for the price. Struts useless for headboard size. When installed they bend and it feels like slightest pressure they will snap an possibly damage divan. Trying to find a solution so not been able to install the headboard yet.
