Nov 14,2022Very pleased with my purchase of a single divan and the Lulu freestanding headboard. It looks fabulous. Great service. Sent me lots of samples and the bed was delivered within 2 weeks. Would not hesitate to purchase again from this company.

Haven’t slept on it yet as still waiting to move house but it looks lovely, (Swatches from a differ company ordered same day arrived a week after my completed bed arrived- which confirmed I’d made the right choice).

Nov 11,2022We ordered a bed-base in a specific colour ,with drawers, via the company website. The company maintained good communications, up until the time we received emails and texts from the delivery company. The driver sent a text to ask if the delivery date/time was satisfactory? They even texted us when they were on the way... Upon arrival, the delivery team assisted in taking the well packaged bed-base up stairs, something I was having an issue with due to injury. Overall, a good experience and the bed-base has increased the comfort of the original mattress. Six chrome feet for a single base makes a difference and, the feet slide on carpet - easy for cleaning etc. We would highly recommend British Beds, not something we say lightly!

Nov 08,2022A little label indicating the top of the headboard would have helped when turning the struts in the right direction. Assembly took a lot longer as we did not notice the holes where the additional screws were supposed to go due to the cloth covering them.

Nov 07,2022Doesn't clarify that delivery can take upto 21 days. Mattress quality was very bad for the price. Did get a refund, but such a waste of time waiting for delivery and return. Customer service is fantastic though.

Nov 07,2022The bed took quite a while to arrive . A good construction and nice fabric. Easy to assemble. Reasonable price too. The delivery company were not good. Cancelled delivery at last moment . I was left hanging losing work . Serenity it is not.

Nov 06,2022I had previously bought a bed from British Beds Direct and have been very happy with it, so bought a second bed from them for another room. Again, the quality is very good and considering it was a custome order with my own choice of fabric, it was delivered within a short time frame from order compared to other companies who were quoting silly long deliveries (10 days compared to 5 weeks!). The bed was delivered by two nice guys into the room of my choice upstairs. It was well packed to avoid transit damage and I am very pleased with the bed now it is in place. Excellent service all round and can recommend them.

Nov 02,2022Bed was delivered fairly swiftly, not quite as fast as advertised. I was disappointed that it was only delivered inside door. I would have paid to have it set up but maybe missed where you can do this. Fitting the headboard was not easy as one of the holes on one side was slightly misaligned. However once set up, it is a nice bed.
