Jun 12,2022Had a really good experience with British beds direct, one of the only places where I was able to find a low divan in a range of colours and think that it looks great and modern BBD had a good selection of quality fabrics and could have samples sent out to check the colour and durability etc. Delivery was through a contractor and unfortunately had some issues, but nothing that affected the experience too much.

Jun 10,2022British Beds made the mattress available to the courier on time. All fine. The issue was that the courier would not deliver the mattress to 1st floor bedroom, they were asked to remove thier shoes to walk on the newly laid carpet and refused to do so!!! Leaving the heavy mattress to be taken upstairs by ourselves......contract said they are supposed to take it up 1 set of stairs...

Jun 10,2022I was initially apprehensive about buying a bed online. But from ordering the initial samples, it was relatively straightforward placing my order. I’m so pleased with the quality of the bed, mattress and headboard which in my opinion would have cost a lot more from one of the mainstream high street retailers. Also many thanks to Faisal who went out of his way to liaise with the courier about my delivery.

Jun 10,2022The product is wonderful. Good solid bed. Exactly as per expectations. They kindly sent out free swatches as well. The assembly instructions were omitted but they emailed them straight over. I had to call their customer services for further clarification and they were super helpful and reassuring. I would have give 5 stars but their delivery company let them down by coming in with muddy shoes all over my brand new cream bedroom carpet!

Jun 09,2022We are very happy with the quality of the products we bought. The finish of the headboard is lovely and it makes a focal point in the bedroom. My wife needs a slightly lower bed base and we found this hard to find , but the the bed we bought from BBD fitted the bill and meant we could still manage to put a premium mattress on it without it being too high. The delivery was on time and the lads were very helpful. I would recommend British Beds Direct without hesitation.

Jun 09,2022Whole experience let down but delivery. Really felt for the delivery drivers. One had hurt his back so my husband had to help the other one deliver the bed. Got black marks on our walls. Some people wouldn’t of been able to help move the bed so I’m not sure what they would’ve done in that case. I would’ve preferred to pay for a delivery. For this reason I would not recommend this company or use them again

Jun 09,2022I had ordered the wrong mattress. BBD realised this and telephoned me to check the order. They then advised me and amended the order. Excellent one to one service with a direct telephone number. Made it Britain was the draw and we were not disappointed.
