Jun 28,2022Very good communication. Bed was delivered as stated. Nice mattress, topper and base. One drawback there were no instructions so we missed the fact that there were some more feet hidden in a drawer of the base. Otherwise excellent 👌

Jun 28,2022We were quite happy with the ordering process for the bed, it all went through smoothly and the communication with delivery times was very good. Very disappointed with the carrier service. The bed and mattress was taken upstairs and just left in the room, with no offers to unpack or assist with getting it set up! Rather spoilt the buying experience!

Jun 25,2022Delivery company very helpful I am over 70 so putting feet and levers on was difficult and I had to wait for help to get the mattress on Would be nice to have the option of help with the set up. Delivery men were great but under time pressure Telephone support when bed wouldn’t close was very good

Jun 24,2022I love the beds, they are just as expected, big improvement on sleeping on a mattress on the floor. I would have given 5 stars but there were no instructions for fitting them together, I had to YouTube it. Have a Bolt left, presume they is a hole for it but not found it yet.

Jun 23,2022Product arrived in good condition. We had ordered a velvet fabric and the pile on the headboard looked a little crushed but after a few days and a gentle rub it has come good. The delivery man was polite and very helpful. My son and I assembled the divan bed with no issue. And most importantly we bought British. Thank you!

Jun 22,2022I had a query on the headboards and ascertained that the wooden slats on the back were the wrong size for our bed - well they may have been right as haven’t checked yet, but the person I spoke to was so good. He said he would speak to the Production Manager to see if they could make one to fit. The answer was no, but was offered two other options. I ordered the headboard but went on holiday the day after it arrived so it is not put on yet. However, it looks really good quality and the colour/material just as the sample I chose. It came in good time too. Couldn’t have asked for better service!

Jun 22,2022SO057188 UPDATE As someone who is severely disabled and unfortunately barely able to walk unaided let alone jump, I am baffled as to how I am being accused of " jumping" on one side of the bed! I live with my elderly disabled mother who also is also unable to jump due to her having to use a wheelchair! This is purely an honest review as I was emailed to review my experience. At the request of britishbedsdirect's email for me to review then, I am writing my review. Unfortunately, it's a bad one. My bed broke three times. The base of the bed is extremely poor quality. The middle part pf the bed pokes through the mattress. Finally, after replacing it three times and being utterly fed up, I decided took look elsewhere for a durable good quality bed. I have sent several emails but have been ignored of course, as I requested my money be refunded.

Jun 21,2022Ordered the Chesterfield King Size Divan headboard. Was delivered in 10 days and easy to attach to my new divan bed. Ordered In a velvet gray. Really happy with it, looks very posh, and for the price, is of good quality! I would definitely recommend. 👍
