Ordering is easy, with a fantastic choice of products. The mattress arrived well packaged and delivered by two friendly delivery folk. The process was easy and mattress is great. Well done BBD! Jun 19,2022The bed itself is wonderful and required minimum set up. I’ve bought ottoman beds before where you have to almost completely ensemble them, this bed was basically all set to ready to go bar a couple of screws. The quality so far looks great. Super happy with it. The price was really reasonable too. Would definitely recommend. The delivery men were nice enough, albeit a little scruffy and had to ask them 3 times to remove their shoes as I had brand new light grey carpets fitted.

Jun 17,2022We were very pleased with the whole transaction. The bed is comfortable and looks great. A few little pointers that would have made things better - as no instructions on how to put the clips in place so we had to phone up. There were holes in the base plastic covering - looks like someone fingers when lifting before the divan was wrapped up and a sharp staple was poking out but not noticable in use. The deliveryman was a delight - helpful and full of repartee. Nothing was too much trouble. As we are old we were pleased we didn't need to help.

Jun 16,2022Fairly smooth transaction. It would have been nice to receive order updates between the order confirmation and ready for delivery, especially as this went over the 10 day period. The delivery arrived earlier than the time slot given when booking which was ok for me that day but might not have been on another. Also the bed was not assembled on delivery which I thought should have been but I might be wrong. Do check if this is important to you.

Jun 13,2022I bought 3 divan ottomans beds 2 mattresses and 2 headboards which are perfectly made. They are of good quality strong and were very easy to put together. The mattresses are very comfy and are of good quality material. I wouldn’t faulty anything since it’s now a year I had purchased all these goods from British Beds Direct. I have recommended the products to my family and friends who have already bought and are enjoying the comfort.

Jun 12,2022I was so pleased to be able to buy a British made bed. It was so easy to mix and match products to get what I wanted and the prices were good. I would've given 5stars but the delivery was a bit late and date was changed twice at short notice. Despite that I would still buy from British Beds Direct again.

Jun 20,2022Ordered double ottoman. Delievery guys were great, waited while I unrapped and checked for damage. The bed is well made and works very well. Just remember, don't take the cling film rapping off of the end until you have the mattress sitting on it, otherwise it will just sit open. Sales at the factory where extremely helpful and I would definately recommend the company.
