Apr 30,2022excellent service but gave only 4 stars as sent an extra piece we didn;t order to start with and had to arrange the return. also some damage to the product in transit. Customer service dealt with problems immediately and overall we are very pleased with our bed base!

Apr 30,2022I'm a first-time customer of British Bed Direct and I have to say that I'm impressed! I ordered a bed frame ( a divan bed frame with 4 drawers ) and a headboard. Although there was a slight delay for 5 days with their benchmark lead time of 10 days, the customer service team sorted it out straight away. The delivery man was very professional. I gave him some tips because I was touched by his patience and hard working. I was very satisfied after my husband easily assembled the bed frame and headboard which were absolutely gorgeous! The craftsmanship and material quality are excellent for the price, especially considering it's made in the UK. I would definitely recommend British Bed Direct to anyone looking for high-quality bedding at a reasonable price and lead time.

Apr 30,2022Happy with the bed. It’s solid and very neatly put together. I took off a star as they sent us the incorrect instructions for the bed and we therefore had to figure it out ourselves, which meant it took longer to assemble. Once assembled, no issues with the bed. Love the headboard as well.

Apr 30,2022Good solid bed, but one of hydraulic lifting arms has come off already. Also once the headboard is fixed on, mattress hands over bottom by couple of centimetres.

The product arrived and was delivered with care by very helpful guys who rang to confirm what time they would be and emailed prior to delivery. I am delighted with the product and really good quality. The samples you order arrive very quickly and good quality/ colours available. I would recommend British Beds and it’s nice there are companies that are efficient still around.

Apr 19,2022Your service and product are great (Elizabeth superking divan base 4 drawer) but your couriers let you down. Courier delivery communication should be efficient and dates arranged in advance as a delivery this size requires you to take a day off work as you need to unpack it with both delivery personnel present. 02.05.22 - for the record..i did wish to emphasise that the 2 courier guys who delivered the bed on the day were great, sent email conf estimated del slot, carried divan upstairs & waited with us whilst we unpacked it to check everything ok.
