Jan 30,2025Finger weg, wenn man nicht sicher ist, dass man die Artikel behalten möchte. Ich hatte Leggings zur Auswahl bestellt. Es hat mehr als 3 Wochen gedauert, bis ich die Bestellung erhielt. Leider gefiel mir weder Passform noch Material, sodass ich die Artikel retournieren wollte. Dies geht nur nach mehreren Mails, in denen man Rabatte angeboten bekommt, wenn man die Artikel behält. Möchte man dennoch von seinem Rückgaberecht Gebrauch machen, ist diese extrem teuer, da die Rücksendung nach China zurück geschickt werden muss. Ob diese Rücksendung jetzt ankommt - keine Ahnung, ich habe meine Zweifel, ob ich jemals den Kaufpreis zurück erstattet bekomme. Wenn doch, habe ich Lehrgeld in Form der Rückversandkosten bezahlt. Ich werde in dem Shop nicht wieder bestellen.

Jan 30,2025Der Shop suggeriert, aus Deutschland zu kommen. Hätte besser prüfen sollen. Wenn dann was nicht passt, hat man das Nachsehen! Leider kommen die Grössenangaben in der angezeigten Tabelle nicht hin. Die bestellten Artikeln sind deutlich zu klein. Dabei hatte ich vorher extra alle Körpermasse ermittelt. Damit kann ich leider nichts anfangen. Man hat mir zwar Ersatzartikel angeboten, aber dafür hätte ich noch was bezahlen sollen. Habe abgelehnt. Das Risiko, wieder was zu bezahlen und wieder einen Artikel zu bekommen, der nicht passt, ist einfach u zu hoch.

Jan 30,2025I originally ordered two tops at the end of December. I didn't receive anything for 4 weeks. On contacting them they resent my order and I received them within the week. Very responsive however the sizes are small so I will need to return them

Jan 30,2025Trousers look nothing like pictures. Poor quality material and completely different shape. It's impossible to get a return address. I'm about a week in time and 6 emails in ,and they still won't send the returns address. Eventually after weeks of emails I have been refunded and asked to remove my review.
