Feb 10,2025I would give a negative star if I could. I placed an order for 5 items on January 5, 2025. I also paid for the premium shipping hoping that I get the items end of January. After multiple follow ups (mind you their customer response is SLOW), they told me two items will ship but I have to wait for the other three items. It is now February 9, I still don’t have any of the items. But they charged me the entire amount on January 5. This company is a scam and I will never order from them again!!😡

I got the sizing wrong on one of them but their customer services made it so easy to return and exchange. All in all, a lovely shopping experience and I couldn't recommend them more highly!

Sehr billige Verarbeitung, die Nähte sind überall außen sichtbar und der Stoff ist schnell durchsichtig, obwohl ich schlank bin. Nun habe ich gelesen, dass die Rücksendung nach CHINA selbst bezahlt werden muss. Bin sehr enttäuscht und rate jedem ab dir zu bestellen.

Feb 10,2025I would like to return bracelets that I ordered, as I don't like them in reality. At the moment buddahasstone doesn't want to provide me the address that I can send back the product. (There mentioned in refund policy that you should contact them and they will provide the address) I send already like 4 emails and thay even responded but still address was not provided :( Not sure what to do... Please provide the address where I can send back the product - there is no such info in your policy.
