Mar 20,2024I ordered the aquamarine bracelet with the jade leaf. Unfortunately, when it arrived and I removed it from it’s little bag, the jade leaf was broken on the bottom, so I contacted the company and they said they would send another one out which they did in a pretty much timely manner. I received the replacement, but I have a feeling the same thing is going to happen with this little Jade leaf because there’s a hairline crack in it already, it’s a gift for my niece and I sent it to her anyway, so I will have to apologise to her if it gets broken too quickly. Which also made the gift too late for her birthday. Even though they dealt with this problem with integrity, I will probably not order from this company again.

I've ordered a Buddha Stones Lucky FengShui Mythological Creature Taotie Wealth necklace and it looks good on me, is preserved well and shiny. Company was quite fast with delivery, which I didn't expect and the quality of item is actually nice. You have a good team as well, they always listen to my requests.

Mar 17,2024I have ordered from this shop multiple times. Here are my thoughts, sometimes the shipping takes a long time, and sometimes it doesn't, but I always have received my order. You have to be patient. I now have over ten bracelets from them and literally just ordered more. 1 has unraveled the next day after I got it so it wasn't "wear and tear" and they are sending me a new one. The pieces themselves are well crafted and vibrant in color. Any gemstones I have are beautiful. I get compliments all the time on my bracelets. The Gold andRed look perfect together. I also have a jade bracelet and I get compliments all the time. I do not like beaded bracelets as my writs are way to slim for them so I found Buddhastone and I now have an option to wear bracelets that fit. I love that they are adjustable! Well, many are. You have so many options. I am now looking at other items. I also LOVE the information they include with the pieces (on the site). It is so very empowering to know the history and the energy of the pieces, I thank you so much for that. Overall, I love this company and I really hope that they are as authentic as they sound (read the story behind the shop).

Receiving these things and reviewing the quality of each item has made me start another cart already lol. Everything fits perfectly, it’s just a beautiful, quality piece of jewelry. I will be ordering again.

Mar 13,2024i recieved a bracelet for xmas by january the 2nd it had started to unravel. i emailed 4 times before i recieved a resoonse, each time i explained how all i wanted was a repair to the bracelet as it was unwearable each time i was told i could have a 50% off code and that it was how id worn the bracelet that had csused the unravrlling. very disappiobted now i cant wear the bracelet and customer service was very poor. wont be purchasing from them in the future ss items are faulty or defective.and they dont care enoogh to make the customer happy. disgusting!!

Mar 11,2024Very disappointing. Be a were if you would like to return your product you have to send it back to China to get your full refund. In my case shipping costs will be more than a product I bought.

It is now March 2024 and I have not received the refund for the lost parcel as yet, despite requesting it plenty of times. Mar 08,2024All jewelry pieces are nicely done, well-packaged, and look as shown online. Truly beautifully crafted! Two out of four items came with some delay, though. The Buddha Stone shop promptly responded to my question and explained the reason. Overall, I had very good experience with this jewelry store.

Mar 08,2024I placed an order for 2 bracelets on 18th January and I am yet to receive them. I have tracked the order and the last update says the courier did not receive the item! I have emailed 3 times and not even received a response! I have paid ÂŁ44.97 for 2 bracelets that I am yet to receive. Please send me a refund immediately or please respond to one of my 3 emails. Poor customer service!

Mar 06,2024This is my 2nd red string purchase from Buddhastoneshop! I wear mine all the time and very happy with it ! This time I bought one for my husband who is excited to be wearing it . He loves spiritual meaning behind and how good it looks on his wrist.The pattern of the red string is very beautifully stitched with beautiful beads crafted with Buddha’s face on one of the beads. It was easy to track and it took abt 8 days to arrive!

Mar 04,2024Not received my order yet….still waiting. One of the reasons I ordered from this site was I thought it was in the UK. It’s not in the UK, so the UK is just ploy to con people like me. Perhaps when my order arrives I’ll think the wait was worth it but already missed the person’s birthday who I had purchased the gift for. Better transparency on your website would be nice
