They were also very helpful when I emailed. They took 3 weeks to arrive, but well worth waiting for. I would also like to add they are boxed beautifully and come in a lovely draw string bag.

Feb 24,2024"No hassle" returns - to China! They claim that you can return without a problem within 30 days, but they do not disclose that you would have to ship the items to China! The $27 earrings I bought would cost me almost $20 to ship. Not an honest business practice in my book!

Feb 22,2024Hi everyone and to those who have the intentions to buy from Buddha stones, unfortunately i made a bad decision buy from buddha stones they work unprofessionally and un ethically, after i received my package i found that my bracelet wasn’t as they said on their advertisement of good quality topas bracelet, turns out that its not silver nor stones of topas, its a scam people are buying there products thinking will be as they see on the advertisement. I emailed them about my concerns little did they do for me i had to pay to re send the goods back coat me more $21 dollares plus the bracelet it self was $69, after continuos emails and no ways they would refund me the total amount. They send me an email of deducing $ 8 USD out of my money which i have already paid and not received any empathy of the situation. They are good taking the money out, when comes to refund they take advantage of the situation do not act in good faith towards the customer nor refund the full amount the customers has already paid for. This is an example of business ripping customers off and not taking responsibility for their mis leading information of the product. Please people those who have experienced such things do not buy from this shop they are doggie, non ethical behaviour of customers when buying. All those people that intend to buy from Buddha stones, please think twice and go elsewhere shops that are reliable. Thank you to all for reading this review. This is what they have mentioned in one of many emails Return shipping fee doesn't included and we will refund you the order amount once we received the returned parcel. Nor in any times they have mentioned the amount of $8 USD only in one which i found unexceptionable because i jave already paid for and since the package has arrived to the correspondent destination in china they haven’t yet refund me, a serious business straight away would have refund me. And nit asking to take out more money what has been paid for. I do have foto proof of the quality and material of such bracelet they say and also in the website shows good material and nice bracelet when arrives to the customers tin material and very cheap nothing like the fotos shown in their website. It's been 2 days since I have written this review Buddaha Stones has No intentions to refund me, nor they have emailed me saying when will they deposit the funds into my account. Buddha return policy Please note that after an exchange is made, the item(s) do not qualify for refunds. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchang. I'm still in the 30 days for my refund, Buddaja Stones has no business ethics nor decent behaviour, in returning my funds to my account. I truly believe what comes around goes around, I expect my funds will show in my bank account. If not I will keep posting my feedback in all social media, for people that have been like me a victim of their scam and bad quality products.

Feb 16,2024Don't buy from here, my singing bowl doesn't sing and my mala have 107 beads not 108 if your looking for fashion or something pretty then fair enough but don't think they are the real deal and whats the point trying to get a exchange it took 2-3 weeks to get to me so to send it back and get something else is going to take well over a month......

Feb 09,2024I recieved a very late package for a Japanese Zen Garden, retailing online at $90. There is no way a small shallow black plastic box, a little sand, tiny rake and figurines are worth $90. This shop is a scam. Do not use. Go to the local $1 shop you will get better value. Someone call the Police!

Mar 02,2024I am truly grateful to receive the necklace I ordered since I have to admit that I was skeptical about it arriving to Utah USA at all from so far away. It did arrive promptly in a beautiful box and the necklace was inside a nice pouch. It was more beautiful and felt special and blessed right away and I am wearing it all the time! Many thanks!
