The delivery was quick and the staff is always ready to help with any kind of question you have. I really recommend this online store. We absolutely love the kids and adults bracelets.

May 04,2024I have purchased many jewelry items from this website and they are just so beautiful, not only for my personal use but also very nice as a gift to give others. Although there were few incidents that items was damaged or wrong item was received, their customer service usually responded within one business day and offered solutions for the issues, either discount the items or replaced a new item and free gift. I have a great experience shopping here and found so many beautiful items here.

May 01,2024Shipping stated 6-10 Business days and tracking number will be provided by email when dispatched. Day 12 and still i had received no tracking number for my order. Contacted the company and the reply I got back on day 13 was "We will try our best to ship your order ASAP and notify you once available with a tracking number via email." I was very sceptical and felt this could be a scam. However, after a bit of back and forth I finally received my order, the item is absolutely stunning. Very impressed with the item which is why I have changed my review from a 1 star. Add on, just a reminder Trust pilot terms and conditions state you should not share info such as email address or order numbers on their site. If a company asks for this on here email them directly.
