They provided great assistance to resolve my issue. I would definitely recommend and will continue to purchase all my jade bracelets from here.

Feb 23,2025Terrible company, avoid!! I bought a pair of trousers in December and I am still waiting for them to be delivered. I have written numerous emails to them enquiring as to the whereabouts of my item and I keep getting fobbed off. They offered a ÂŁ3!!! partial refund if I didnât cancel the order with the promise that the item would be dispatched in 5-6 days. It has now been ten days since my last email and I still have received no notification that the item has been posted. Really really bad company, like other reviewers say, it feels like a big scam. Keep away from them!!! I will be emailing today to see if I can get a full refund as I have been waiting for two months now.

Feb 21,2025The small cups that my mother had ordered for both of us were really cute and I absolutely loved the fish design on them. The quality of the cups is nice as it is pure porcelain. The only problem about them is that they are a bit small but they are good for a small and traditional cup of tea.

Feb 21,2025UPDATE: Twenty-six emails back and forth with these slippery snakes bargaining my refund amount and then saying they would not process a refund until I remove my review. The only reason they replied to my email was because I wrote this review and they take 2-3 business days to reply to each one so this has been dragging on for 3 months! Not only are they not Hong Kong based as the website says (they're in China) and they do not have a returns process despite it being written on the website. Then they try bargaining with how much of your refund you can have back but withhold it based on removing a review to warn others..I'll be reporting to the ACCC. Don't buy from these snakes. I would be dubious as to whether the good reviews are real. I did receive my order after 2 weeks. The sizes were completely off - either tiny or huge where I selected the same size for each. After a lot of emails back and forth they finally accepted that I was sending some items back but they have to return to CHINA. Be aware, all returns for to China, not HK. My return parcel sat in Chinese customs for 2 months before being sent back to me. I suspect I was given an address that doesn't exist. Don't bother if you're unsure because even though they have a returns policy, there's no returns. You can't trust the size guide either so good luck with that. Further, in response to Buddahstones reply, I have emailed you and told you my package came back and you haven't replied but you can reply here stating misleading information,.copied and pasted from your website. I reiterate, the return address in China, provided to me in email doesn't exist. How about replying to my email instead of replying here? You have until Monday before I commence adding my review to more review platforms and making a formal complaint about your dishonest/non existent returns policy and false size guide.

Feb 21,2025Totally legit and beautifully crafted! At first I was sceptical because it took around a month to receive the items. But when I received all 4 items, I was pleasantly surprised at the beautiful packaging, each item beautifully crafted with fine materials suited for these types of bracelets. I now appreciate the sincerity behind the business and the commitment to support a good cause. The orders took awhile because they customise each item to my size. This is a whole level of personalisation that I appreciate. I hope people would give them a chance and not believe some awful remarks. I would most definitely buy again! It was worth the wait!
