Feb 20,2025I ordered some clothing from them. I need to return 2 items. I emailed them to ask for the return address and EXACTLY as the other reviews say. They answered to my email with a lot of information about sizing but didn’t provide me with the dam address. JUST SEND US THE ADDRESS FOR RETURNS. How hard is this? Why so much secrecy? This store is so weird

Feb 20,2025The transaction was fine, and I did receive my order in a decent time frame. However, just know that the harem pants do not look exactly like they do in the ads. I take responsibility for that as the description says polyester/spandex….but in the picture they looked like cotton and they looked so pretty that I risked it. The pants are not bad, just not what I expected; cheap looking, again, not the company’s fault, buyer beware. Order about 2-3 sizes larger than you normally would take. Go by the measurement chart. The company is good to deal with, quick to respond to questions and concerns.

Feb 19,2025The bracelet was beautiful but in my case to small. Customer service was wonderful and quickly help me get the correct size. I was able to keep the first one and gifted it to my mom who absolutely loved it. Great product and great company.

Feb 18,2025I purchased three pairs of leggings and one top, for the gym. The quality appears very good and the fit is perfect. I love the designs, they are truly beautiful. Just two minor quibbles: they took forever to arrive, and I wish the leggings had pockets as I have nowhere to put my phone, hence the loss of one star.

Feb 17,2025True to their word, I had a bracelet that broke only a few weeks later. I contacted customer support and they replaced my bracelet, no cost to me and no questions asked. Aside from that amazing customer service, I love their jewelry SO much!! Everything is beautiful and high quality.

Feb 16,2025I went for a bracelet as a promotion where I only had to pay for the shipping. I wasn’t 100% sure if this was a scam or not. But I got my bracelet and I am really happy with the looks and quality of the copper brass bracelet. Looks great and no issues whatsoever. This is not a paid comment.

Feb 20,2025I did think that this UKbuddhastoneshop.com was a UK company but it is Chinese origin, made and shipped from here. Although the item differs in fit and fabric from the photo, the customer service experience was extraordinarily good. I was responded to and they attempted to provide 3 solutions to rectify the issue. Despite a complicated returns process, pending a refund, they honoured the returns as per the website.
