Feb 15,2025I submitted a review 3 days ago concerning 1 item that was ordered In January the 9th of this year, I recieved the 1st item but not the 2nd.. after countless emails,and a stressful conversation with there delivery service, I'm glad to report that the matter is resolved ... they realized their error and assured me that I should recieve my missing item within 3 to 4 days.. I'll send another review when I recieve it...

Feb 13,2025I ordered 6 pairs of shorts and 3 shirts. Quality is not great. The sizes are very off and the shirts only reached to my belly button. Oh well, that can happen. I wanted to keep 3 pairs of shorts and send the rest back and started the refund process. They say it's a no-hassle process, but it is a huge hassle and scam. First they did not respond to my emails for days. Then they responded with irrelevant answers unrelated to my questions. After I made clear that I don't want to keep some of the items, they offered a 5% discount if I would keep them. Then a 10% discount. After I had denied all offers and after around 10 emails I received the return address - in China. On top they said, I should only indicate that the return items are worth 10$ (instead of around 200$) to avoid problems with customs which I found strange. By that time 20 days of the 30 day return window had passed and I had initiated the process on day 2 after the arrival of the items. It seemed to risky for me to send it to China, not knowing if it would go through customs, if BuddhaStones would actually be honest about receiving the shipment, and also given that not many days within the 30 day window were left. My consideration was that if I send it back I would lose more money for the shipping, not knowing if I ever would get anything back. So I decided to keep the stuff (even though unable to use) and ask for a better discount. Nice enough they gave me 25%. So I only lost 150$ instead of 200$. Unprecedented hassle and very unusual and complicated return policies. I have never experienced anything like that. This is a 100% honest and frank review to make future customers aware. Feb 13,2025What a beautiful product! Bracelet was made perfect and accurate to size ordered. I made a mistake with my wrist sizing, and the customer service was excellent in resolving my issue. Beautiful piece of art, fast shipping, 10/10 customer support. Will be buying from them again!

Feb 11,2025Ich hatte am 10.01. eine grössere Bestellung gemacht, ein Teil ist am 24.01., der andere Teil am 30.01. eingetroffen. Nach der Anprobe hab ich Einiges zurückzuschicken und habe so wie es auf der Webseite steht, per mail nach der RücksendeAdresse gefragt. Die Antwort war immer freundlich, aber nicht zielführend...bis Heute (11.02.) habe ich KEINE Rücksendeadresse erhalten, obwohl ich öfter nachgefragt hatte😒. Ich bleib dran aber es nervt ungemein weil es sich auch um viel Geld handelt. Die beiden Oberteile die ich behalten habe sind sehr schön, deshalb 2 Sterne. Ich bin immernoch hoffnungsvoll, daß ich die Retoure wegschicken kann und mein Geld ohne weiteren Handlungsbedarf zurückbekomme 🙏

Feb 10,2025Abysmal quality of the pair of leggings I received. I ordered 3 pairs of leggings on 22nd January 2025. At no point was I told that the leggings were no in stock. After querying why the delivery was taking so long, today (10th February 2025), I received one pair. The stitching is very poor and visible. The top of the pair of legging is one piece of elastic band with a bit of fabric on top and the same flimsy stitching. The fabric doesn't look very stretchy and I haven't dared try the leggings on in case everything falls apart! A really awful product which should not be sold. Update - 11/02/2025. It is proving quite difficult to return the item as no address to return goods to is provided on the website. You have to send an e-mail to get the address! I sent an e-mail on 10/02/2025

Feb 15,2025The bracelet and necklace look beautiful just like the pictures. I like that the bracelet does not dangle on my small wrist. Also the sack and box for the jewelry is beautiful. Customer was service was excellent. There was a mistake with my zip code that was causing a delay with delivery. I wasn’t sure it would get to me but their customer service was responsive and helpful and I could not be more happy with the jewelry when it arrived. I’ll be ordering again.
