Feb 22,2025AVOID! Rang today to change car details to a new vehicle. The quote I got was a lot more than other quotes I had been given for better cover, including RAC breakdown cover, roadside assistance and more. We are pensioners so this was important to us. I asked to cancel the current cover as the car had been sold. Told I would have to pay £98 to cancel the policy! In my 50 years of motoring I have NEVER come across this! So, no other choice but to go with their quote, AND, had to pay £25 admin fee. I loved a formal complaint to the agent, who wasn't really bothered. We are so angry being left with a policy that leaves us so vulnerable. Will never use this company again.

Feb 20,2025Cheapest I could find. I hate this annual shopping around for car insurance, and I've no idea what makes one so much different from another. The algorithms insurance companies use seem to be 'dark arts' and make no sense - ever. However, I got all Iwanted in terms of cover should the worse happen. I've not had to claim (and hopefully will never have to) - but effortless process in arranging. So all good so far

Feb 20,2025Called today to pay a early settlement on my insurance told the person 3 times didt listen when they finally heard what I wanted they just ask for the card payment with out letting me know what the settlement be Plus can't find customer numbers on the website

Feb 19,2025This company is remarkable. I got a quote that suited my needsand at a price that was reasonable and within my budget. I had a slight problem when paying for my policy but managed OK in the end, I think it was just a glitch on my part but nonetheless I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an affordable insurance policy, and the real beauty is, you can tailor it to your needs, and not what some brokers want to include that don't benefit you at all.
